Hehe.^^ Actually, that effect was a complete fluke and took about 5 minutes. Basically, you just use the photoshop brush that looks like three blades of grass, and then you blur it. XD

Hey a lot of great things came from accidents. Examples: The glue for sticky notes and chocolate chip cookies.

And of course, the classics: Penicillin and Teflon, both from lab accidents.

Hm. I'll have to try that technique sometime.

Poofie no, do not go near the lab for your own safety and that of humanity. For some reason I have a feeling that if you get near chemicals bad things will happen, and not a good way. Just stick to accidents in your stories, they're safer for all of us.

Well elves are usually harder than humans in wild environments. But I see where he's coming from, you can't go into a cold environment with completely exposed legs. Of Course I walk around in 32 degrees Fahrenheit weather in shorts and a t-shirt for about five minutes before realizing it's cold out.

Heh--on the bus I take to work, high schoolers dress so lightly for cold weather. Of course, they have superhigh metabolic rates--and I'm all bundled up like Michael Corleone in a New York January.

I'm waiting to see if Victoria ever gets her chance to shine as a member of the Welcoming Committee. Either she's there to appeal to the snobs, or else it's to dodge classes.

Holly's ever present good-natured grin just knocks me out. So, as I speculated about 100 years ago--he's really human but he's stuck with a botched transmogrification spell which he shouldn't have been playing around with?

Or he really is from a race of highly intelligent humanoid bats, it's Snipe's story and he's not giving us any spoilers about this kind of thing. It's nice to see some original races out there, personally I'm starting to believe that dwaves and elves are becoming a bit too cliched. But that's just me.

i just read the entire comic through twice. and until i read this thread, i didnt notice any of the flaws you pointed out. am i just brain dead or something?

on another note, as far as the MH vs. WN competition goes, i prefer MH. WN is good, but something about MH really resonates with me.

I see no problem with how she is dressed. I go outside for a walk with a foot of snow on the ground, in sandals, a kilt, and t-shirt and I am plenty warm enough. You also have to consider the fact that everyone has different tolerances for heat and cold.

Also when is the next comic for this coming out Mad? I have been waiting for it for like a year now. Please post it soon.
