Wanted to let you know Icarus has promoted you to "Totally Dope Sci-Fi Comics". Congrats!
Huh. I may have to check this one out. I'm not much into gaming comics or anime, but if it's funny enough...

Hey I found a site called "Black Blood Alliance" the comics barely off the ground, They're only into the second page of chapter 2, but It's great if your an animal lover, the story is about wolves. Check it out if you haven't already heard about it and been there.

BBA is horrid. She's been writing just those 28 pages for the past two years. She's more concerned with making money than writing a quality comic, not to mention everyone and their cousin has a comic about wolves, and the stories are almost always the same. Seriously, there's hundreds of wolf comics out there, just as poorly written and developed, but at least the authors aren't whoring themselves onto you.

I see your point pipe, by the way have you heard of the comic "Thunder and lightning," it was updated earlier this month, if you haven't here's a link: www.talcomic.com/It has some interesting magic related stuff. I've also been reading Nowhere University, if your any kind of nerd you'll be able get a few of the jokes that are made. And on a random side note maybe putting the Trekkie and the Warzie in the same dorm wasn't the wisest move they made. It has some really funny stuff. Granted the story may not be all that good, but at least there's enough nerdish stuff to have you saying stuff like "that is so (insert Random nerdy/geeky thing here)" I'm enjoying it. Here's the home link for the site, the most recent page is there so try to get to page one before you accidently initiate a spoiler moment: nowhereu.comicgenesis.com/

Out of curiosity, I decided to see why you guys were picking on Black Blood Alliance. I didn't even have to go past the main page to see what you meant about whoring for money, Pipes. Only 30 pages, and she's already got a figure designed? WTF? No money sense there, methinks. Also, major points off for weird-ass web design.
On a side note, I want Lumina's CMYK sweatshirt. XD

Hey, don't let us sap the joy out of comic-reading.^^ 30 pages in three years isn't good, but it can take a long time to figure out how to work updating into your life, especially if you're attempting the art quality they are. (Remember the 2 year MH hiatus? ^^) I'm just really impressed that, with so little updating, they have sold so many figures! How do you do that? Though I must agree about the funky webdesign. It's a neat idea, but it's a little messed up, the rollover images don't line up. It might work better if they could do it in flash.

Did you guys check out those other comics i recommended? I don't know if you'll like them, but I think you should check them out and tell me if I made some good choices. Earlier last year I started reading Weregeek, if your a geek you'll be able to get most of the jokes splash into the comic.

Slow and irregular updates, but the artwork more than makes up for it. www.lackadaisycats.com/I'm a sucker for historical fiction, and Prohibition-era gangsters are too sexah for words. Aside from stellar artwork, she's got some stunning character development, and some great writing. It's all sepia-toned, which is unusual, but in this situation, it works so well.

I’d recommend Butterfly Sontana . Without spoiling much, it revoles around a very unusual teenager. Before you say, Karade, that sounds like nearly EVERY web comic out there , you’ll see what I mean as the story progress. After the first six or so pages (which are a bit iffy), the story really picks up and starts moving in a very interesting direction. To say anything more would be spoiling it, but it’ll be interesting to see how this comic progresses. Sadly though, it’s currently on hiatus. (Grr…why must web comic authors have lives? Kidding ) Accent is a comic which reminds me that I really need to sign up for Wirepop. Basically, it’s about the lives of two very different Flipoian Americans. One is, who has only just arrived about a year ago, the has lived there all his life. True, when reading it you know where this story is going, but it’s going to be fun getting there. Started reading Brink awhile back. It more or less follows the story of a teenager with a (so far unknown) mental condition. While it has a good premise, the main problem is that the author relies on quite a few clichés, particularly when you get further into the story. Love the washed out colours though, and I’m sure it’ll improve as it goes on. Here are the links: www.butterfly-sonata.com/www.wirepop.com/comic_index.php?id=49
