Amy and blondie look a lot alike. Twins perhaps? That would explain why she seems shocked again.

Personally, I'd like to see Wren surprised by some unusually event. Like finding out his friends are actually alive, or something like that. but that's just me.

Sorry to say I can pretty much guarantee that's not happening, Champ. Hebe and Lawler made sure of that.

What I find most intriguing is that we don't know what Wiren and Winter's relationship is. Wiren certainly trusts Winter and it's going to be very interesting to see why this is so.
Clearly, they've met 'outside' Wiren's dreams and he's very much a 'real' figure in Wiren's life. He wouldn't have asked such a personal question if he wasn't. ("Did you know that I was an experiment?"). I'm opting that he's real, but there's plenty of leeway for the consciousness theory.
I'm going to have to disagree with you Mdax's post in the Winter topic. The fact that Winter is telling Wiren that he's 'pushing' his dead friends away doesn't exactly inspire a lot of confidence that he's a good guy. I'm opting for a hidden agenda, one which isn't going to be so pleasant for Wiren.
Of course, that might just be what Madsniper wants me to think. *Grumbles*

Of course, a good author doesn't show you the plot with a few simple words or sentences. A good author makes seek out the plot throughout the entire story, sometimes it's easy to see and other times it's like seeking for a single irregular grain of sand upon the beach.
But seriously Snipe your stories are really good, too bad your not selling hard copies of them on the site store.

Whaa? Hard copies are going into production? Like, this year? Seriously? *squeals* I'm totally jazzed! Out of all the webcomics I read, WN is the one I've reeaaally been wanting a hard copy of. Let us know the second pre-orders are available.

I just stumbled on this post shortly after praising White Noise's skillfull exposition to a friend via email. GMTA!

I'm curious why whenever Wren and Winter meet, it appears that Wren does not have a tail, but Winter does. This adds to my suspicion that the tail is alien, and Winter is an alien, possibly telepathic. If Winter was really a figment of Wren's imagination, and it really was just a dream, then he would include all of his self image *coughtailcough*. Tell me what you think. And why does Wren say he hates these dreams in the beginning, but is always happy or overjoyed to see Winter?
I also think that Lawler is in serious trouble from Wren; you may have noticed that Lawler took a watch from Shole's body near the beginning, (Shole was both known to Hebe and Wren's friend). Also, when Wren climbs out of the top of the car during the murk stuff to play his violin, he looks at his wrist for a watch that I'm guessing Lawler now has. All in all, Lawler is going to see some kickass regardless of whether he threatens Wren, and being a nutcase doesn't help.
Random observation - Lohaun is asked by Irshen what the name of the last kid she smuggled through was, and half replies "Asht-". Ashton is what I think she was going to say, and yes, Ashton is also the same guy they're going to meet.
Random Thought - why doesn't Wren use his tail more often for stuff, as it's prehensile, why doesn't he use it to grab stuff? That would be awesome!
