hmm, good point . I think the thing is, Katara and Zuko have had almost NO interaction with each other, with the exception of bending attacks and momentarily joining up to fight Azula... which makes the curiosity about HOW ON EARTH ARE THEY EVER GOING TO GET TOGETHER?!?! mind-numbing... I think, when this sort of thing usually happens, they either knew eachother as children, or they have some reason to interact socially with each other, or the bad guy is secretly stalking the girls, or something...

Yeah, in Avatar's case there's nothing! No past together, no stalking... If Zuko joins the gaang (and he better, else I will be thoroughly disappointed. It's the only thing I demand of the show) then the ship will have a chance. If not though, it's Kataang all the way. Ooh! There's also another theory we have over at the avatard forum. The Two Lovers that Omashu was named after have this whole legend surrounding them, of how they were from warring nations. "Two lovers, forbidden from one another. A waaaar divides their people." Etc. Anyway, some zutarians think that Zuko and Katara could be the two lovers reincarnated. They even were wearing red and blue in the legend, instead of the earth kingdom's trademark green. I personally adore this theory (and hey, we'd have the 'secret past' thing then). And also it twists The Cave of Two Lovers episode to the zutara favor ;D. Which will piss the Kataang's off to no end, cuz that's like their flagship episode.

Yeah, no kidding - I went over to IMDB to check if there were any more episodes around, and you would not BELIEVE the summary of that episode! Obviously written by a Kataanger, and downright flaming. Though I guess you have to respect everyone's right to ship in their own way .

Yeah, but I hate respecting everyone's right to be a moron on the internet.

Could you link that summary? I can't seem to navigate IMDB, and that sounds entertaining. ;D

OMG! Check out the descriptions for future episodes!! Lol! Where do they get this crap? "When there was you and me" is a song from High School Musical! *rofl*
Ahaha! "Zuko travels back to see Song, a girl he still has feelings for." *restrains self from tirade of cursing* When exactly was it that he ever had feelings for her? Last I remember, he stole her friggin horstich out of spite! *shakes head*

OK, this is priceless:
"Tyro, Jeong Jeong and Teo return to form a super-allegiance of people against the Fire Nation. They uncover a secret that was never meant for human eyes. The three must now seek help, and track down Aang, Katara, Sokka and Toph. Teo thinks Toph is cute, and asks her out. They have spaghetti and meatballs for dinner, and they both get their first kiss. Aang gets jealous and kisses Katara, which evolves to so much more. The secret is Sozin's comet actually will not return by the end of the summer, it was just propaganda."
First of all... you know what, never mind. ;D

the absurdities are mind-boggling... :: stompstompstomp ::

I think they're implying a fight breaks out. Hehe, get yer mind outta the gutter, Sushi. ;D In any case, they aren't getting this stuff from anywhere. They're just bs-ing. I mean, for one thing, were the episodes to follow what they have written down there, season two would not go anywhere at all in its last 9 episodes. And I actually have faith that we have exitted the stage of filler for the season (*prays*). And for another thing, one of the episodes they have the title down for is from a song in a Disney tv musical. And that can't be right cuz we all know Disney would sue. And further more, they list an episode title in season three as "Blah." So yeah, it's all bs.

Heheh. Yeah. Not to mention that's a lot of ground to cover in one episode, a rebel army forming, them finding the gaang, Teo and Toph falling in luuuuuurve. That would be two episodes at least. And crappy ones at that, I mean of all the awesome oneshot characters they could bring back, Teo? I like Teo and all, but c'mon. If your building a rebel army, you get master Paku. Or hell even Jun. You don't take the kid in a wheelchair.

Of course if he had powers like Prof. Xavier, well that's a different story.
